Sushi Night

Friends of us organised a Do-It-Yourself Sushi Night - what a great idea! I love sushi! I've done this before back home in Germany with a couple of friends so I was really looking forward to this night. They bought all the necessary ingredients, cooked the rice and prepared everything perfectly. When we arrived we helped chopping up the veggies and the fresh fish and started rolling :-) We made sooo much sushi, sashimi, special omelette ones and even dessert sushi with strawberries and kiwis instead of fish! By the end we had much to much food so everyone got a doggy bag ;-)
