Quarkkuchen (cheese cake)
Made from our traditional family recipe :-)
base : 60 g margarine, 60 g sugar, 1 egg, 150-200 g self-raisin flour
filling : 500 g quark, 1 cup oil, 180 g sugar, 1 vanilla sugar, 3 eggs, 1 sachet Puddingpulver Vanille (custard powder vanilla), 500 ml milk, some lime juice

Can you really buy quark down under? I am surprised! And this cake looks really yummy... :) Hope it tasted as good as it looks...
